I have since learned to just be happy with any progress towards my goal, because I believe that these small steps will take me where I need to be. 

I have learned to celebrate all milestones, no matter how little they are, because each milestone shows that I am moving towards my goal and I am growing, improving.

➡️ Restaurants who were shut down for in-person dining learned to offer online ordering and provide curbside pick-up and delivery services.
➡️ Gyms, fitness coaches and other education providers who couldn't host their classes in person learned to offer online classes via Zoom
➡️ Existing fashion labels pivoted to different clothing formats like loungewear 

The possibilities are endless! COVID has hit a lot of us in unexpected ways but those who adapt to it don't just survive, but even thrive.
